Chef Treviño's passion for cooking began at a young age, watching his mother in the kitchen. By the age of 15, he knew that the kitchen was his calling, and he has been cooking professionally for over 30 years. With a youthful excitement and a commitment to using the freshest and highest quality ingredients, he constantly pushes the boundaries of gastronomy.
Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Treviño has cooked at prestigious venues like the James Bread House in New York and Lincoln Center for their annual awards event. He has also graced the culinary scenes in the U.S. and Caribbean as a guest chef in various food events, including the Aspen Food & Wine Classic, Telluride Culinary Festival, and the St. Croix Food and Wine Festival. Additionally, he has appeared on several television shows, such as "Iron Chef America," "The Next Iron Chef," and "Beat Bobby Flay," showcasing his culinary prowess.
Chef Treviño's passion for cooking extends beyond the kitchen. He is the CEO of RLT Chef Consultants LLC and has launched CookShop, a production company specializing in television production and live events. CookShop has produced numerous successful projects, including "4 Minutos con Chef Treviño," a TV show, and the Food & Fashion Festival.
